The object consists of three fabric cylinders inserted into each other. Each part is separated by colour, theme and overall mood. Each of the three parts of the object has the ability to move independently of the other two parts. However, hey are affected by the change and are forced to react to the new movement. Through this changeability and movement I try to bring the dynamics of changing groupings in polyamorous families into my work. Any change made by an individual person will affect all those within. And so everyone has the opportunity to contribute their presence to the movement of this narrative. Just as the viewer can move the object by touching it.
The whole object is conceived as an imaginary labyrinth that the viewer has the opportunity to enter. And so become a part of this story, into which they are gradually manipulated. The viewer can pass through all the parts of the narrative about love and decide for himself whether he will let himself be absorbed by the labyrinth and try to find the easiest way out, or whether he will go in search of an imaginary bright ending.
The selected materials play an important role, when for the brighter positive part I chose light, translucent, soft materials in shades of white, beige and pink colors together with details in the form of lace. This first part represents the imaginary beginning of a relationship, enthusiasm, falling in love, pure purity of feeling, but also naivety.
The second part carries shades of red and together with details in the form of leatherette and velvet parts, details in the form of underwear straps or lacing is a symbol of an intense, erotic, passionate relationship.
The third part is an inner circle made of heavy black pieces of fabric. As with the previous two parts, the chosen materials have a symbolic character and represent conflict, hopelessness, sadness. As well as the loss of ideals and ideas of a common future.
